Buckwheat flour or “Fafar ko Pitho” is a nutritious flour made from buckwheat(fafar) which is mainly grown in hilly and high hilly areas of Nepal. Despite the name, buckwheat isn't related to wheat and is naturally gluten free. This flour is low in calories, making it an ideal ingredient for healthy recipes. Each serving also contains substantial iron, calcium, and magnesium and high concentration of other vitamins and minerals.
